If you subscribe to a paid Practito plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless:
To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
If you were charged but did not receive access to premium features due to a technical error, or if you were charged more than once for the same period, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge(s) promptly after investigation.
Please contact us within 30 days of the erroneous charge with your transaction reference.
Free trial periods are provided at no charge. If you are charged before your trial period ends due to an error, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
