Create and manage classes to organize students and assign group work.
Creating Classes¶
Group students into classes for easier management.
Create a New Class¶
- Go to Classes → Create New Class
- Enter class information:
- Class Name: e.g., "Advanced Piano 2026"
- Description: Brief description of the class
- Grade/Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
- Schedule: Days and times class meets
- Maximum Students: Enrollment limit (optional)
- Add class image or icon (optional)
- Set visibility:
- Private: Only invited students
- Visible within Organization: Org members can see/request
- Click "Create Class"

Select from Your Students: 1. Click "Add Students" 2. Check students you teach 3. Assign to class 4. Students notified
Bulk Import via CSV: 1. Download CSV template 2. Fill in student information 3. Upload file 4. Review and confirm 5. Students added and notified
Class Enrollment Link: 1. Generate unique enrollment link 2. Set expiration date 3. Share link with students 4. Students self-enroll 5. Auto-approve or require approval
Approve Enrollment Requests: - Students request to join - Review requests - Approve or deny - Send welcome message
Managing Class Roster¶
Student List Shows: - Student names - Join date - Practice statistics - Assignment completion - Last activity - Status (active, inactive)
Roster Actions: - Remove students from class - Transfer to different class - Send message to student - View student profile - Access student analytics
